Terms and cancellation policy
You will receive a full refund if we are unable to confirm your booking. Cancellations are fully refundable when made at least 48 hours before your lei greeting for groups of 1-5, and at least 72 hours in advance for groups of 6 or more. No refunds are available for cancellations made within the applicable cancellation period.
Date or time changes may be made at no charge, subject to availability, when requested outside the applicable cancellation period. There are no refunds if you are not on the scheduled flight, but if you contact us with updated flight information, we will make every reasonable effort to provide the leis on another flight or arrange delivery to your hotel.
Please review your voucher carefully and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect or changes are needed. We may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding changes or cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If the lei greeting provider cancels your reservation, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Gift certificates and any unused portions are nonrefundable.
